Tuscany Courtyard
Tuscany Courtyard is a rustic Old World style home located in Carlton Woods-Creekside of The Woodlands, Texas that was inspired from the client’s trip to Tuscany, Italy. The main concept was to design a home using authentic materials around a side private courtyard with pool and a garage (with a lift) to dub as a shop near the rear of the home accessed through a private pervious drive.
The home features a living size of 5,800 square feet and overall 7,494 square feet of total coverage. Other features include a featured two-story study, separate detached casita, a large vaulted centered living space, hall of knights, game room, wine room, safe room with vault door and three-car garage.
